Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) define the conditions for using the services provided by Leo Psycho (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”), operated by CARBON ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). Users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) are required to agree to these Terms before using the Service.

Article 1: Scope of Application

• These Terms apply to all relationships between the Company and the Users in connection with the use of the Service.

Article 2: Product Purchase

1. A purchase agreement for products through the Service is established when the User completes their order and the Company confirms the acceptance of the order.

2. Details regarding product delivery, returns, cancellations, and warranties are governed by guidelines or policies separately defined by the Company.

Article 5: Shipping and Delivery Responsibilities

2. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the following circumstances:

• Natural disasters, accidents, or other uncontrollable events.

• Customs clearance delays or issues with local delivery services for international shipments.

3. Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a shipment cannot be completed due to errors in the delivery information provided by the User, the User shall bear all additional costs incurred.

Article 6: Returns and Refunds

1. Returns and refunds are governed by the following policies:

• If the product is defective or incorrect, the User must contact the Company within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

• Returns or cancellations due to the User’s personal circumstances are not accepted.

• If the User chooses to return a product due to personal circumstances, all related shipping costs shall be borne by the User.

2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is confirmed.

Article 7: Service Modifications

1. Users acknowledge that the purchase of goods through the Service involves international shipping and may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. The User shall bear all such costs.

2. Users are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of their country regarding the importation of goods.

3. The Company is not responsible for delays or issues arising from customs clearance or local delivery services in the destination country.
